About Carmen's Caribbean Cuisine
Carmen’s Caribbean began in April 2014 as a humble takeaway service. Demand quickly grew, and we found ourselves catering festivals and private events of all sizes.
In 2023, a heartfelt request to cater a close friend's funeral led to an unforgettable moment—a standing ovation for our food. One of the guests later shared how she froze the leftovers and enjoyed them just as much weeks later. That sparked the idea for our frozen ready meals.
With love, encouragement, and lots of testing, we turned that idea into reality. Now, you can enjoy the taste of Carmen’s Caribbean anytime, straight from your freezer.
